I just received another home appraisal order from an “individual”! This time, it was from the parents of an LSU Student. They live in Texas and purchased a condo for their daughter while she was attending LSU. She’s graduating soon and they want to put the condo on the market. When we asked how they found out about my our appraisal company, they stated on Google and they found my appraisal blog. They paid with credit card before the appraisal inspection.
